Primroses Care is a Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered provider of mental health, learning disability and autism support needs.
Our two homes Primroses and Chadwell are luxurious 3 Bedded Homes registered to provide community based mental health care and rehabilitation for adults requiring high level of care and support.
We specialise in working with adults aged 18 and above with a lead mental health diagnosis, learning disability and autism.
We support individuals whose mental health is affected by schizophrenia, depression, personality disorder, anxiety disorder, mood affective disorders, self-harm behaviour, suicidal ideation, substance misuse backgrounds.
Our main focus is on Person Centred Care and The Recovery Model based care.
Service Users are therefore encouraged and supported to express their independence through responsible and positive risk taking and also, they are fully involved in the decision making process while planning their care.

Recovery focused model of care
Our recovery focused model aims to help service users to look beyond mere survival and existence. It encourages them to move forward, set new goals and do things and develop relationships that give their lives meaning.
It emphasises that, while the service user may not have full control over their symptoms, they can have full control over their lives.
Recovery focused model is not about 'getting rid' of problems, but it is about helping and supporting the service user seeing beyond his or her mental health problems, recognising and fostering their abilities, interests and dreams.
Recovery focused model is about helping and supporting service users achieve their own goals and aspirations.
We believe that Recovery focused model can be a voyage of self-discovery and personal growth for our service users.
We believe that Recovery focused model of care provide service users who are experiencing mental illness opportunities for change, reflection and discovery of new values, skills and interests.
