Specialist Support: We specialise in working with adults aged 18 and above with a lead mental health diagnosis, learning disability and autism.
Complex Needs: We support individuals whose mental health is affected by schizophrenia, depression, personality disorder, anxiety disorder, mood affective disorders, self-harm behaviour, suicidal ideation, and substance misuse backgrounds.
Person-Centred Care: Our main focus is on Person Centred Care and The Recovery Model based care.
Empowerment & Involvement: Service Users are encouraged to express independence through responsible risk-taking and are fully involved in decision-making while planning their care.
Across all our homes, we uphold a commitment to trauma-informed practice, relational safety, and inclusive care planning. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that every resident receives bespoke support aligned with their goals, strengths, and aspirations.
Our recovery focused model aims to help service users to look beyond mere survival and existence. It encourages them to move forward, set new goals and do things and develop relationships that give their lives meaning.
It emphasises that, while the service user may not have full control over their symptoms, they can have full control over their lives.
Recovery focused model is not about 'getting rid' of problems, but it is about helping and supporting the service user seeing beyond his or her mental health problems, recognising and fostering their abilities, interests and dreams.
